The 2024 Missouri Secretary of State election will be held on November 5, 2024, to elect the secretary of state of the state of Missouri. It will coincide with the concurrent presidential election, as well as various state and local elections, including for U.S. Senate, U.S. House, and governor of Missouri.
Incumbent Republican Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft is retiring to run in the 2024 Missouri gubernatorial election, rather than run for reelection to a third term.

- Shane Schoeller, Greene County Clerk (2015–present), former acting Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives (2012) from the 139th district (2007–2013), and nominee for secretary of state in 2012[3]
- Adam Schwadron, state representative from the 106th district (2021–present)[4]
