- local enactments by local People's Congresses (or their Standing Committees)

- in rare cases, legislation enacted by the National People's Congress or its Standing Committee
- In Taiwan, "條例" means a legislation enacted by the Legislative Yuan, usually of regional, temporary or specific nature.
