Biography

Kamekawa was born in Minoh on May 28, 1993. After graduating from Teikyo Daisan High School, he joined J2 League club Shonan Bellmare in 2012. Shonan was promoted to J1 League from 2013. Although he played many matches as left side back from 2013, Shonan was relegated to J2 in a year. In 2015, he moved to Avispa Fukuoka. Although Fukuoka was promoted to J1 in 2016, Fukuoka was relegated to J2 in a year. In 2018, he moved to J1 club Kashiwa Reysol. In 2019, he moved to J2 club V-Varen Nagasaki.

In August 2016, Kamekawa was selected the Japan U-23 national team for 2016 Summer Olympics. At this tournament, he played 2 matches as left side back.
