Kita, Tokyo

Kita (北区, Kita-ku) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan. The population was 285,321 in 2015.[1]

On 15 March 1947, the ward of Kita was formed by combining the wards of Ōji and Takinogawa.[2]
