Fall River County, South Dakota
Fall River County is a county located in the southwest corner of the U.S. state of South Dakota. As of the 2020 census, 6,973 people lived there.[1] Its county seat is Hot Springs. The county was created in 1883.[2] It is named for Fall River which runs through it.[3]
