閨怨 • (gyuwon) (hangeul 규원)
- the lonesome and resentful feeling when one's husband is not around
- 15th century, authorship unknown although traditionally attributed to Heo Nanseolheon, found in name of a gasa poem concerning sadness due to separation from one's husband entitled "Gyuwonga" (Hanja: 閨怨歌; Hangŭl: 규원가)[1] often rendered as "Lament of the Inner Chamber" in English.
