華僑

1. (law) Chinese national who lives outside of China
2. (in general) Chinese person living abroad; overseas Chinese; Huaqiao

In mainland China, 華僑 is usually used specifically to refer to Chinese citizens living abroad, while 華人／华人 (Huárén) is used to refer other countries' citizens of Chinese descent, but the two terms are often used interchangeably in overseas Chinese communities.
