Koregah-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرگاه غربي) is in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 45,409 in 9,297 households.[3] There were 50,971 inhabitants in 12,540 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 42,884 in 11,438 households. The largest of its 60 villages was Deh-e Mohsen, with 5,216 people.[2]
