Sarab-e Dowreh (Persian: سراب دوره, also Romanized as Sarāb-e Dowreh, Sarāb Dowrah, Sarāb Dowreh, and Sarāb-e Do Rah; also known as Sarāb Darreh and Sarāb Doreh)[3] is a city in the Central District of Dowreh County, Lorestan province, Iran, and serves as both capital of the district and of the county.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,312 in 326 households, when it was in the former Dowreh-e Chegeni District of Khorramabad County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,515 people in 368 households,[6] by which time the district had separated from the county in the establishment of Dowreh County. Sarab-e Dowreh became capital of the new county.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,713 people in 478 households.[2]
