Karreh Shahbazi (Persian: كره شهبازي, also Romanized as Karreh Shahbāzī; also known as Cheshmeh Belqīs, Qal‘eh Kareh, and Shahrak-e Karreh Shahbāzī)[3] is a village in Charam Rural District of the Central District of Charam County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,186 in 406 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,206 people in 510 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Charam County.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,240 people in 589 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
