Afrineh (Persian: افرينه, also Romanized as Afrīneh, and Afrīnah; also known as Afrīneh-ye Bālā and Afrīneh-ye ‘Olyā)[3] is a village in Afrineh Rural District of Mamulan District, Pol-e Dokhtar County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,185 in 460 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,986 people in 517 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,944 people in 555 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
