The 2024 season will be the New England Patriots' upcoming 55th season in the National Football League, their 65th overall, and their 23rd playing home games at Gillette Stadium and will be the first year under a new general manager and new head coach, Jerod Mayo. On January 11, 2024, long time head coach Bill Belichick and the Patriots mutually agreed to part ways after 24 seasons together.[1] They will attempt to improve on their AFC-worst 4–13 record from last year, make the playoffs after a two-year absence, and end their four-year AFC East title drought.
