Literally, “uncle Good Advice”, a reference to the character of the militia officer in the film Teddy Bear, directed by Stanisław Bareja (1980), who in turn is considered a parody of Captain Żbik, the main character from the series of comic books for young people published in the 1960s and 1970s.
