  • (#2) Term coined by the Argentine economic journalist Antonio Laje in reference to the fact that money is locked in banks and can't escape, just like children are locked up in the playpen when the Argentine government prohibited withdrawing money from bank accounts for a year between 2001 and 2002.[1]
