F in the chat

Streamers on the platform Twitch.tv often call for "Fs in the chat" when an unfortunate event occurs, in reference to the press F to pay respects meme. The phrase is now often used figuratively in an imitation of Twitch-speak.

F in the chat (plural Fs in the chat)

1. (Internet slang, figuratively) An expression of condolences, sympathy, or regret.
