The clitic can occur after the prefix in prefixed verbs; see 𐌹𐌽𐌿𐌷𐍃𐌰𐌽𐌳𐌹𐌳𐌴𐌳𐌿𐌽 (inuhsandidēdun) for example.
After vowels this clitic is reduced to -𐌷 (-h), thus 𐍃𐌽𐌰𐌿 (snau) (from 𐍃𐌽𐌹𐍅𐌰𐌽 (sniwan)) yields 𐍃𐌽𐌰𐌿𐌷 (snauh), not *snawuh (despite the u in snau deriving from an underlying w which is visible in the infinitive and other forms).
