  1. Brown to brownish-black pills used in traditional Chinese medicine "to nourish yin and cool the lungs, to relieve cough and asthma in the treatment of chronic cough, asthma in the aged, shortness of breath, fever, fullness of the chest, perspiration, night sweat, and anorexia". Honey is the binding agent for the pill.
