     ことに樂(らく)浪(ろう)郡(ぐん)の役(やく)所(しよ)のあつたところは、今(こん)日(にち)の平(へい)壤(じよう)の南(みなみ)、大(だい)同(どう)江(こう)の向(むか)う岸(ぎし)にあつて、古(ふる)い城(じよう)壁(へき)のあともありますが、支(し)那(な)から派(は)遣(けん)せられた役(やく)人(にん)がこゝに留(とゞ)まつて朝(ちよう)鮮(せん)を治(をさ)めてゐたのであります。

     Koto ni Rakurō-gun no yakusho no atta tokoro wa, konnichi no Heijō no minami, Daidō-kō no mukō-gishi ni atte, furui jōheki no ato mo arimasu ga, Shina kara haken serareta yakunin ga koko ni todomatte Chōsen o osamete ita no de arimasu.

     Especially, the place where the government office of the Lelang Commandery was located was on the other side of the Taedong River, south of today's Pyongyang, where there are also remains of old ramparts, and officials sent from China stayed there and ruled Korea.
