     มาตรา ๒๖ การตรากฎหมายที่มีผลเป็นการจำกัดสิทธิหรือเสรีภาพของบุคคลต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่บัญญัติไว้ในรัฐธรรมนูญ ในกรณีที่รัฐธรรมนูญมิได้บัญญัติเงื่อนไขไว้ กฎหมายดังกล่าวต้องไม่ขัดต่อหลักนิติธรรม

     Section 26 The enactment of a law which results in the restriction of personal rights or liberties must be in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Constitution. In the event that no condition has been provided by the Constitution, the said law must not be contrary to the rule of law principles.

     The National Assembly, Council of Ministers, courts, independent organs, and state agencies must execute their duties in accordance with the Constitution, law, and rule of law principles for the common interest of the Nation and the well-being of the people as a whole.
