ชิงสุกก่อนห่าม

From ชิง (ching, “to seize”) +‎ สุก (sùk, “to ripen”) +‎ ก่อน (gɔ̀ɔn, “before”) +‎ ห่าม (hàam, “the period during which a fruit is almost ripe”); literally "to seize (an opportunity) to ripen before the time of near ripeness".
