кърга
Moksha
Etymology
From earlier *kərga, from Pre-Mordvinic *kurga.[1] Likely borrowed from Proto-Indo-European *gʷerh₃- (“to swallow, devour”). The connection with Finnish kurkku is doubtful.[2] Replaced Proto-Mordvinic *śīwə (“neck”).
