CALD needs analysis
Overview
This project undertook a needs analysis and systematic literature review on CALD dementia care providers including current approaches to providing culturally appropriate education and training and the inclusion of CALD specific content into organisational policies and procedures. The needs analysis also looked into the attitudes and beliefs held by non-CALD personnel and senior staff compared with CALD workers.
