The Law if The Yards Made No Eruv Together and the Alley Also Made No Partnership

Paragraph 1 - If the yards did not make an eruv together and they also did not make a partnership through the alley, it is permitted to carry in the alley objects that rested in it, whether the yards made an eruv between houses or didn't make an eruv. And according to HaRav Rabbeinu Moshe bar Maimon, this is only true if there is no eruv in the yards between houses. However, if there is a yard eruv with the houses, one cannot carry in the alley beyond four amot.
