M.A., Litt.D. Professor of Greek and Latin in the University of Birmingham. Hon. Secretary of the Classical Association. Professor of Greek and Latin in Mason College, Birmingham, 1883-1900. Editor of several of the plays of Plautus.[1][2]
This author wrote articles for the 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica.
