WYNYARD. (Lieutenant, 1826.)

William Rowley Wynyard entered th« Navy 4 Sept. 1817; passed his examination in 1825; and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant 26 Oct. 1826. He served in the Coast Guard from 3 March, 1836, until the close of 1839. Agent – Joseph Woodhead.
