CLEUGH. (Lieutenant, 1828.)
Robert Cleugh entered the Navy, 16 May, 1810; passed his examination in 1816; acquired his present rank 23 June, 1828; and was afterwards appointed, 19 Feb. 1830, to the Coast Blockade, as Supernumerary-Lieutenant of the Talavera 74, Capt. Hugh Pigot — and, 15 April, 1831, to the command of a station on the Coast Guard. Since 1834 he has been on half-pay. Agents — Messrs. Stilwell.
