Whip It (Devo song)
"Whip It" is a 1980 song by American new band Devo and it was taken from their third studio album Freedom of Choice. It went to number 11 in Canada and New Zealand, number 14 in the United States, number 51 in the United Kingdom and number 77 in Australia. The music video used sexual themes and despite this it became very popular on the fledging television channel MTV.
