West Sulawesi
West Sulawesi (Indonesian: Sulawesi Barat) is a province of Indonesia. It is on Sulawesi island. Its capital is Mamuju. The population was 1,158,651 in the 2010 Census. In 2014, the government reported the population as 1,284,620. The area of the province is 16,796.19 km2. The province was established in 2004. It separated from South Sulawesi.
