Werner Forssmann

Werner Theodor Otto Forßmann (29 August 1904 – 1 June 1979) was a German physician. He was the winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1956. Forssmann studied the active principles and discovered cardiac catheterization.
