Thomas J. Pickard
Thomas Joseph Pickard (born January 6, 1950) is an American politician. He was an acting Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 71 days in the summer of 2001 following the resignation of Director Louis Freeh. He left the office a week before the September 11 attacks.[2]
