Siyazan District
Siazan (Azerbaijani: Siyəzən) is a raion in Azerbaijan. The capital is Siyəzən. The region has many Tats who speak the Tat language. The word Siyazan means "black female" in Tat. In 2010 there were 37,900 people.[1]
