Reino Ragnar Lehto
Reino Ragnar Lehto (2 May 1898 in Turku – 13 July 1966 in Helsinki) served as the caretaker Prime Minister of Finland from 18 December 1963 to 12 September 1964.[1] He then served as governor of Uusimaa province from 1964 until his death on 13 July 1966.
