This is a list of presidents of Italy since the monarchy ended and Enrico de Nicola became president.

Top left: Enrico De Nicola was the first president of the Italian Republic.
Top right: Giorgio Napolitano was the longest-serving president in Italian history.
Bottom left: Antonio Segni was the first president to resign from office.
Bottom right: Sergio Mattarella is the serving president of the Italian Republic.
