Philémon Yang
Philémon Yang (born 1947) is a Cameroonian politician. He was elected Prime Minister of Cameroon in 2009. He left the office in January 2019. His predecessor was Ephraïm Inoni.[1][2] Before he was Prime Minister, Yang was an ambassador to Canada. In March 2024, Philémon Yang is designated Africa's candidate for the presidency of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.[3]
