Naxalism is a type of Communism in India. It started in the 1960s from the village named naxalwadi in west bengal . they believed in armed struggle to establish communist govt. naxalism is motivated from the maoism ideology of china
Naxalism is named after the town of Naxalbari in West Bengal.[1]
