John Wood
John Wood, OBE (July 5, 1930 – August 6, 2011) was an English movie, stage, and television actor. He was in movies such as WarGames (1983), Ladyhawke (1985), Jumpin' Jack Flash (1986), Richard III (1995), Sabrina (1995), and The Revengers' Comedies (1997). He won a Tony Award (1976) and a Drama Desk Award (1976).

Wood was born on July 5, 1930 in Derbyshire, United Kingdom. He was raised in Gloucestershire.[1] Wood was married to Gillian Neason until they divorced in 1975. He was married to Sylvia Vaughan from 1977 until his death in 2011. Wood died on August 6, 2011 in his home in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom from unknown causes, aged 81.[2]
