Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region
The Guba-Khachmaz economic region is one of ten regions of Azerbaijan. It is to the north of the Absheron Peninsula, between the shores of the Caspian Sea and the Greater Caucasus mountains, making it technically located in Europe.[1][2][3]
