Grace Jones

Grace Beverly Jones (born 19 May 1948[1]) is a Jamaican singer, songwriter, supermodel, record producer, and actress. She was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica. She was raised by her grandparents. She released her first album, Portfolio, in 1977. Her music is a mixture of R&B, disco, reggae, electronica, funk, dance and new jack swing. She is also known for her unusual album covers.[2] Her most important movie roles include the 1985 James Bond movie A View to a Kill and the 1986 horror movie Vamp.

2015: I'll Never Write My Memoirs

In 2015, Jones wrote an autobiography called I'll Never Write My Memoirs. In the book, she wrote her opinion on Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Miley Cyrus and Beyoncé. She wrote that she felt that they were copying her style.[3]
