Décines-Charpieu

Décines-Charpieu (Arpitan: Dessines), sometimes just called Décines, is a commune in the Lyon area of eastern France. It is part of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Geography

Décines-Charpieu is close to the Grand Large reservoir. It is also close to (12 kilometres east of) Lyon.

Sports

The Parc Olympique Lyonnais stadium is located in Décines-Charpieu. It is the home stadium of Olympique Lyonnais.
