Charles Breyer
Charles Roberts Breyer (born November 3, 1941) is an American attorney and jurist. He is a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He was nominated to the court by President Bill Clinton. He is the brother of Associate Justice Stephen Breyer.[1]
