D. Lowell Jensen
Delwen Lowell Jensen (born June 3, 1928) is an American federal judge and lawyer. He is a member of the Democrat. He served as United States Associate Attorney General from 1983 through 1985 during the Ronald Reagan presidency. Appointed by President Reagan, he served as Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California from June 25, 1986 through June 27, 1997.
