Black Rock, Arkansas
Black Rock is a city in Lawrence County in the US state of Arkansas. It is on the Black River at the edge of the Ozark Mountains. The city was a boomtown, rising because of new railroads and timber interests. Later pearling became an important business in Black Rock.
