Billy Kenoi
William P. Kenoi (November 1968 – January 26, 2021) was an American Democratic politician. Kenoi was Mayor of Hawaii County from 2008 to 2016. He was a legislative aide in the State House and State Senate.[1] He was born in Kalapana, Hawaii.

In 2015, Kenoi was diagnosed with myelofibrosis.[2] He died from the disease on January 26, 2021 in Honolulu at the age of 52.[3]
