Baixa

The Baixa (IPA: [ˈbajʃɐ põbɐˈlinɐ]), is a neighborhood in the historic center of Lisbon, capital of Portugal. It is north of the Praça do Comércio, somewhat between the Cais do Sodré and the Alfama district beneath the Lisbon Castle, and goes north towards the Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon).
