Freguesia

Freguesia, translated as "parish", is the third-level administrative subdivision of Portugal.[1] A freguesia is a subdivision of a município (municipality). Each parish use the name of a landmark in the area or of the patron saint from Catholic parish (paróquia in Portuguese).
