Alioune Badara Cissé
Alioune Badara Cissé (7 February 1958 – 28 August 2021) was a Senegalese politician. He was a member of the Alliance for the Republic (APR). He was Foreign Minister of Senegal from 4 April to 29 October 2012. He was born in Saint-Louis, Senegal.
Badara Cissé died in Dakar, Senegal on 28 August 2021 from COVID-19 at the age of 63.[1]
