Tensha Tsuchimikado Shinto (天社土御門神道)[1] is a form of Confucian Shinto.[2] It is also known as Tsuchimikado Shinto

It was founded by Abe no Seimei and influenced by Onmyodo.[3] in the 900s[4] It is highly linked to the Abe clan.[3]

It is considered the modern form of Onmyodo.[5]

The current head is Yoshihito Fujita[6]

It was banned by the Tensha Shinto Prohibition Ordinance

Tsuchimikado Shintō was abolished in 1870 with the ban of Onmyōdō, and only permitted again in 1945 with religious freedom and the abolition of State Shinto.[3] A new organization was created for it in 1954.[7]
