Shahrak-e Mehdi (Persian: شهرك مهدي, also Romanized as Shahrak-e Mehdī) is a village in, and the capital of, Almahdi Rural District of Mohammadyar District of Naqadeh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 689 in 168 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 715 people in 183 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 659 people in 190 households.[2]
