Severi Tino Kaukiainen (born 11 May 1998) is a Finnish basketball player who plays as a point guard for Estonian club Kalev/Cramo in the Korvpalli Meistriliiga and Latvian–Estonian Basketball League.[1][2]

Career

Born in Kotka, Kaukiainen started playing basketball in his home town local club Peli-Karhut and the youth sector of KTP Basket, and continued his senior career with the same club in 2015.[3][4][5]

During 2017–2021, he played for a fellow Korisliiga team Kouvot in neighbouring town Kouvola.

Kaukianen won the Finnish championship title with Karhu Basket in 2022, and silver medal in 2023.

After the 2022–23 season, he signed with Slovak champions Patrioti Levice. He terminated his contract with the club after Levice was knocked out of the FIBA Europe Cup in group stage, and signed with Estonian side Kalev/Cramo in the early December 2023.[6][7][8]
