Razliq (local: رازلیق, also Romanized as Rāzlīq)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Razliq Rural District of the Central District of Sarab County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,185 in 568 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,205 people in 658 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,129 people in 664 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]

Local People

villagers of razliq talk to azeri language and all of them are turkish-azarbaijani[7] and they are shia muslims from 15th century after emerge of safavid empire.

People's lifestyle has changed due to modernizations in farmworks, the mechanization of tools has made things easier.[8][9]

Economy

Farms

Razliq's most important product is cucumber.[8]Also, crops such as potato, pumpkins, legumes and grains are cultivated.

inhabitants turn most of cucumbers into pickled cucumber and selling this products in ardabil or tabriz's markets. pickles of razliq is most famous one in azerbaijan.[10]

Chips factory

Chips factory has started its work on 2017 with 30 workers and product of factory is sending allover markets in iran.[11]All the consumables of the factory are generally prepared from the products of the village itself.

َAnimal farms

In this village, animals such as sheep, goats and specifically cows are raised both traditionally and industrially.[12]
